Hi, I’m Sebastian Guzman.

I've spent my career at the place where storytelling meets strategy — and where both have to actually perform. At GBH, I managed seven-figure sponsorship portfolios for PBS KIDS, running integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social for partners like Target and IKEA. At Wurl, I led global partnerships and go-to-market initiatives alongside Tier 1 streaming platforms — Roku, Google TV, LG — and content partners including FIFA+.

What connects those two very different environments is the same thing that led me to co-found Evergreen: I'm interested in how brands build relationships, not just audiences. Strategy that doesn't move people doesn't move numbers, and I've spent enough time on both sides of that equation to know the difference.

I also work in two languages, which means I think about brand communication the way most people think about translation — something is always at stake in the gap between what you mean and what lands.

What I bring to the table

Marketing strategy and campaign execution

Designing and running integrated campaigns that connect brand positioning to measurable outcomes — not just impressions, but results.

Brand partnerships and ecosystem

Identifying and building the external relationships that extend a brand's reach beyond what paid channels can do alone.

Performance analytics and insights

Collecting, interpreting, and communicating the data clearly enough to know what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it.

Cultural intelligence and connection

Understanding that different communities don't just speak different languages — and building strategy that accounts for how culture shapes the way people hear, trust, and respond to a brand.
